Abstract:
An aluminum alloy material (1) comprises an Al matrix and second phase particles dispersed in the Al matrix, wherein the value of a metallurgical factor F which is expressed by formula (1) is 0.005 or more. F = A∙ρ∙L∙exp(B∙E) (1) In formula (1), L represents the sum total [μm/μm2] of the perimeters of the second phase particles each having an equivalent circle diameter of 0.2 μm or more among the second phase particles present in an arbitrary cross section, ρ represents a dislocation density [μm-2], E represents a conductivity [%IACS] at 25°C, and A and B represent correction factors which are determined depending on chemical components of the aluminum alloy material and satisfy the following formulae: 0.2×10-15 ≦ A ≦ 20×10-15 and 0.1 ≦ B ≦ 1.0.
