Abstract:
An aluminum-alloy pipe having a four-way 90-degree lock member arranged in an extremely simple inner cavity. The aluminum-alloy pipe comprises a pipe main body (1) and a pipe lock (2), wherein the pipe main body (1) is tubular, and is provided with a central cavity (11) and four side cavities (10); and the central cavity (11) is square, and sides of each angle are provided with limiting protrusion blocks (111), the total number of which protrusion blocks (111) is eight. The aluminum-alloy pipe has the beneficial effects that firstly, the structure of a section cavity is simple, thereby facilitating secondary machining; secondly, there are few hole cavities, and the area is large, thereby facilitating the passing therein from any direction, and facilitating the placing of other members; thirdly, a special lock is arranged, such that the aluminum-alloy pipe is manufactured into other products conveniently; fourthly, the eight limiting protrusion blocks limit the special lock in a 90-degree direction and in a 180-degree direction, such that the structure of an overall internal cavity is simple; and fifthly, the aluminum-alloy pipe is simple in terms of structure and easy to produce.
