Abstract:

An aluminum die cast product such as a pressure container needing high airtightness that reduces the ratio of pressure leakage or gas leakage, realizing a yield enhancement; and a process for manufacturing the same. The aluminum die cast product is one having cast hole (2A) formed by means of core pin (5) in thick area (4) with thickness greater than in other areas, wherein the cast hole (2A) is provided on its surface with a given value or greater thickness of chill layer (2B) of at least 5.5 μm or less dendrite secondary arm spacing.
