Abstract:
Disclosed is an aluminum oxide insulation winding, in particular relating to an aluminum oxide insulated transformer winding, a preparation method therefor, and a winding apparatus therefor. The winding comprises a conductor and an insulating layer. During the winding of a coil, the insulating layer does not need to be placed, and after the winding is completed, a semi-finished winding product is placed in an electroplating bath. By means of a thermo-electrochemical oxidation process, and by rationally controlling the output parameters of a power supply, the type of an electrolyte solution and the concentration thereof, an insulating layer with α-Al2O3 and γ-Al2O3 as the main components is grown in situ on the surface of an aluminum conductor core and between turns. Since the electroplating solution has an excellent permeability, the formed insulating layer forms a whole winding with the conductor. The aluminum oxide insulation layer has the characteristics of high-temperature resistance, a high mechanical strength, a good water resistance and a good electrical insulation, thereby greatly improving the life-time and performance of the winding.
