Abstract:
The present invention relates to an aluminum pipe having an internal thread. The aluminum pipe is made of a multi-layer composite material; the multi-layer composite material comprises a core material and a composite layer; the alloy of the core material comprises: 0.5-2.0 wt% of Si, 0.5-1.5 wt% of Mn, 0.06-0.60 wt% of Fe, 0.1-1.0 wt% of Cu, <0.5 wt% of Mg, <1.0 wt% of Zn, <0.2 wt% of Ti, <0.2 wt% of Zr, other elements, the total content thereof being less than or equal to 0.15 wt% and the content of each element being less than or equal to 0.05 wt%, and the balance being aluminum; the alloy of the composite layer comprises: <1.0 wt% of Si, <1.5 wt% of Mn, < 0.5 wt% of Fe, <0.25 wt% of Cu, <0.25 wt% of Mg, 0.01-2 wt% of Zn, <0.1 wt% of Ti, <0.1 wt% of Zr, other elements, the total content thereof being less than or equal to 0.15 wt% and the content of each element being less than or equal to 0.05 wt%, and the balance being aluminum; the depth of diffusion of elements in the composite layer to the core material is 10-100 μm; and the depth of diffusion of elements in the core material to the composite layer is 10 μm or more. The present invention further relates to a manufacturing method for the aluminum pipe and a heat exchanger comprising the aluminum pipe of the present invention.
