Abstract:
An aluminum plate calendaring molding apparatus, comprising a body (1). A calendering plate (2) is slidably arranged on the body, a calendering seat (21) is fixedly arranged in the middle of the calendering plate, a cylindrical calendering block (22) is fixedly arranged on a side of the calendering seat, and a molding assembly (3) is fixedly arranged at an end of the body. An upper support half cylinder (33) and a lower support half cylinder (32) are configured to turn over, such that a hoisted aluminum ingot is conveniently placed in the lower support half cylinder, and a feeding speed in a calendering process is improved. Moreover, the structural shape of a cross section of an aluminum plate can be controlled by replacing molding heads that have different calendering outlets, thereby improving the variety of calendering of aluminum plates. The present invention has a simple structure and is easily operated.
