Abstract:
The present invention relates to a series of amide derivative neutral mitochondrial fluorescent markers, a preparation method therefor, and an application thereof; the present invention discloses for the first time that, after being linked with an amide compound, neutral dye has an excellent mitochondrial targeting capability. The present invention solves the problem of the uncertainty of the organelle targeting capability of existing neutral structure fluorescent dyes and neutral dyes being commercial markers of lipid droplets in cells. The present invention, whilst improving the optical performance of a fluorescent dye, also regulates the organelle targeting capability of the original dye by means of an inventive modification to the structure thereof; after linkage with the amide compound, the biological properties of the dye can be significantly improved. Amide compounds are inexpensive and easy to obtain, which is beneficial for controlling the cost of new dyes, and have great scientific significance and commercial value.
