Abstract:
Provided are an amino acid dehydrogenase mutant and an application thereof. The amino acid sequence of the amino acid dehydrogenase has a sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO: 1, and sites at which amino acid mutation occurs comprise a K144G site. According to the amino acid dehydrogenase mutant, changes in protein structure and function are achieved, enzyme activity is improved, the usage amount of amino acid dehydrogenase is reduced, enzyme specificity is correspondingly improved, and costs in industrial production of amino acids are reduced.
