Abstract:
An ammonia generating apparatus using plasma according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a plasma reactor in which plasma discharge is induced by using nitrogen (N2) as a discharge gas, hydrogen (H2) and oxygen (O2) are generated from water (H2O) using energy from the plasma, and nitrogen monoxide (NO) is generated from oxygen (O2) and nitrogen (N2) to supply hydrogen (H2) and nitrogen monoxide (NO); a first reactor for generating ammonia (NH3)by means of a first action on nitrogen (N2), nitric oxide (NO), and hydrogen (H2) supplied from the plasma reactor; and a second reactor for additionally generating ammonia (NH3) by means of a second action on a nitrate solution (NO3 -) generated in the plasma reactor.
