Abstract:
An ammonia water storage system uses a two-ammonia tank structure, and comprises an ammonia water storage tank (1.1), an outer ammonia water storage tank (4), an ammonia gas recovery pipe (6) and a dilution water tank (2.1). The ammonia water storage tank (1.1) is disposed in the outer ammonia water storage tank (4), and a sandwiched space (5) is arranged between the ammonia water storage tank (1.1) and the outer ammonia water storage tank (4), such that ammonia gas escaping from the ammonia water storage tank (1.1) is stored in the sandwiched space (5). An inlet end of the ammonia gas recovery pipe (6) is connected to a top portion of a tank body of the outer ammonia water storage tank (4) and is in communication with the sandwiched space (5). An outlet end of the ammonia gas recovery pipe (6) is connected to the dilution water tank (2.1), and an opening of the outlet end is located below the liquid level of dilution water. The ammonia gas escaping to the sandwiched space (5) flows into the ammonia gas recovery pipe (6) from the inlet end of the ammonia gas recovery pipe (6) and is finally dissolved in the water in the dilution water tank (2.1) to form dilution water. The invention enables recycling of escaped ammonia gas, and ensures the safety of the environment surrounding an ammonia region.
