Abstract:
Provided is an amount-controllable material-feeding device, comprising a material-feeding hopper, a frame, and a base; the bottom of the base is fixedly connected onto the base; the upper part of the frame and the periphery of the material-feeding hopper form a profiling structure and are fixedly connected together; the position of the material-discharge port on the underside of the material-feeding hopper is provided with a flow-rate monitoring sensor, a single-chip microcomputer control system, and a material-discharge port valve. The entire operation step begins at a valve switch; after the valve switch is closed, the sensing amount of the flow-rate measuring sensor is set by means of an operation panel; the flow-rate measuring sensor emits a sense signal to the single chip microcomputer control system, and the single chip microcomputer control system controls the material port valve to close. A switchover dial directly controls the open/short circuit of the single chip microcomputer control system, after which time the material port valve is controlled directly by the valve switch. In the present invention, the flow rate out of the material-discharge hopper is monitored, and a certain amount of material is filled by means of the control of the single chip microcomputer control system; no secondary weighing is necessary, thus operating efficiency is improved.
