Abstract:
An amplification circuit (1) according to the present invention is provided with source grounded amplifiers (20, 30), and a neutralizing circuit (40) which is connected between the drain terminals and the gate terminals of the source grounded amplifiers (20, 30), and which neutralizes the feedback capacitance of the source grounded amplifiers (20, 30), wherein the neutralizing circuit (40) includes a transmission line and a capacitance which are connected in series. According to the present invention, an amplification circuit employing a neutralizing circuit can be realized in an ultra-high frequency band.
