Abstract:
An amplifying circuit (20), which is applicable to scenarios in which gain temperature drift is compensated. The amplifying circuit (20) comprises a first transistor (201), a second transistor (202), and a variable capacitance unit (203), the first transistor (201) and the second transistor (202) forming a Cascode structure, the gate/base terminal of the first transistor (201) receiving a first bias voltage and an input signal, and the source/emitter of the first transistor (201) being coupled to a reference ground; the gate/base terminal of the second transistor (202) receives a second bias voltage and is coupled to the variable capacitance unit (203), and the variable capacitance unit (203) is used to adjust the capacitance value between the gate/base terminal of the second transistor (202) and the reference ground; and the drain/collector terminal of the second transistor (202) is used for outputting an output signal obtained after the input signal is amplified by passing through the amplifying circuit (20). The flexibility and suitability of the amplification factor of the amplifying circuit (20) can be improved and changed, and gain temperature drift can be compensated when the operating temperature of the amplifying circuit (20) changes.
