The present invention relates to an ampoule installation structure for a portable mist device and, more specifically, to an ampoule installation structure for a portable mist device, the structure being capable of: easily refilling a skin care liquid by enabling an ampoule having the skin care liquid accommodated therein to be detached from the upper part of a portable mist device for generating mist in an air spray manner; and preventing leakage of the skin care liquid accommodated inside the ampoule by means of the interaction between the ampoule and a protective cap provided on the outside of the ampoule, and stably supplying the skin care liquid during operation. To this end, the present invention comprises: a case having an air supply device provided therein; an ampoule detachably provided on the upper part of the case; a connecting member provided in the case and connected with the air supply device, which is positioned on the lower part thereof, and the ampoule, which is provided on the upper part thereof, thereby receiving the compressed air and the skin care liquid; and a spray part provided on the front end of the connecting member and spraying the skin care liquid in a mist state by using the compressed air.
