Abstract:
Provided is a means that makes it possible to simultaneously and accurately analyze a target peptide, a component derived from a carrier for liquid phase peptide synthesis, and the like. Provided is a method for simultaneously analyzing a carrier for liquid phase peptide synthesis, a component derived from the carrier for liquid phase peptide synthesis, an amino acid to which the carrier for liquid phase peptide synthesis is bound, a peptide compound to which the carrier for liquid phase peptide synthesis is bound, and a target peptide or a final target peptide, said method being characterized in that supercritical fluid chromatography or high performance liquid chromatography using an alcohol as an eluent is used.
