Abstract:
Provided is an analysis method for performing a first analysis step and a second analysis step in parallel, in which the first step is a step for introducing a non-derivatized first sample 132 into a first column 44 together with a first mobile phase 54 and analyzing a component contained in the first sample 132, and the second step is a step for introducing a derivatized second sample 137 into a second column 84 together with a second mobile phase 94 and analyzing a component contained in the second sample 137. In the analysis method, inosinic acid and guanylic acid are contained in the first sample 132, and the component contained in the first sample 132 is separated in the first column 44 that has a length of 185 mm or longer to obtain a chromatogram in which peaks respectively corresponding to inosinic acid and guanylic acid are separated at a resolution of 1.5 or more in the first analysis step.
