Abstract:
The present invention relates to original natural anchovy powder and a method for manufacturing the same, and more specifically, to a method for manufacturing the anchovy powder comprising a step of stirring under reduced pressure and dry heat sterilization, and the anchovy powder thereof. The present invention relates to a natural anchovy condiment consisting of almost 100% natural originals, and more specifically, to a natural anchovy condiment consisting of almost 100% natural originals which does not include various synthetic chemical additives, excipients and flavor components and/or vegetable powder produced by vacuum freeze-drying, as ingredients thereof.
