Abstract:
An angle and torque measurement system for a high-voltage large-current switching-out device. The system comprises a control system, an absolute value encoder and a driver, wherein the absolute value encoder monitors position information of an electric motor under test and an auxiliary test permanent magnet electric motor (4) in real time, and outputs pulse signals corresponding to position parameters of the two electric motors on a one-to-one basis; the control system receives the pulse signals of the absolute value encoder, and converts same into angle information of an actuating mechanism (1) of the electric motor under test, and the auxiliary test permanent magnet electric motor (4), so as to determine whether the position of the actuating mechanism (1) of the electric motor under test has a deviation; the driver is arranged on the right side of a test bench; and the energy of the driver comes from an external power source. The system is convenient to use and has a high measurement precision, thereby facilitating the large-scale popularization and use thereof.
