Abstract:
Provided is an angle valve capable of effectively suppressing abrasion of the interior of the angle valve with slurry flowing therethrough. The angle valve 1 according to the present invention comprises: a valve body 11 which has a horizontally opening slurry inlet port 11A and a vertically opening slurry outlet port 11B; and a plug 12 which is disposed within the valve body 11 in a vertically slidable manner so as to control the opening/closing of the slurry outlet port 11B. Titanium nitride 30 is deposit-welded with the slurry contact portion of the interior of the valve body 11. The plug 12 is configured from a plug body 21 and a plug stem 22 that has a leading end connected to the plug body 21. The titanium nitride 30 is deposit-welded, for example, at least with the top face 21t of the plug body 21 and the slurry contact portion 13t of a bonnet 13, which slidably guides and holds the plug stem 22.
