Abstract:
The present invention relates to an angular clip (1), enabling the parts the holes of which have different central axes from each other or which have different tolerance intervals to be connected to each other, and essentially characterized by at least one U-piece which has a U form and wherein the parts to be connected are placed cheek to cheek inside the U part, at least one first connection surface (3) which is located on one outer side surface of the U-piece (2), at least one first connection hole (4) which is made angularly on the first connection surface (3), and the other end of which goes out of the U-piece (2), at least one second connection surface (5) which is located on another outer side surface of the U- piece (2), at least one second connection hole (6) which is made angularly on the second connection surface (5), and the other end of which goes out of the U-piece (2), at least one fixing protrusion (7) which is provided at end parts of the U-piece (2).

Claims:
CLAIMS

An angular clip, enabling the parts the holes of which have different central axes from each other or which have different tolerance intervals to be connected to each other, essentially comprising

at least one U-piece which has a U form and wherein the parts to be connected are placed cheek to cheek inside the U part,

and characterized by

at least one first connection surface (3) which is located on one outer side surface of the U-piece (2),

at least one first connection hole (4) which is made angularly on the first connection surface (3), and the other end of which goes out of the U-piece (2),

at least one second connection surface (5) which is located on another outer side surface of the U-piece (2),

at least one second connection hole (6) which is made angularly on the second connection surface (5), and the other end of which goes out of the U-piece (2),

at least one fixing protrusion (7) which is provided at end parts of the U- piece (2).

An angular clip (1) according to claim 1, characterized by at least one first connection surface (3) which is in form of a cylinder positioned angularly on one outer surface of one of the arms of the U-piece.

An angular clip (1) according to claim 2, characterized by at least one first connection hole (4) which is made on the first connection surface (3) and which has the same angle as the first connection surface (3).

An angular clip (1) according to claim 1, characterized by at least one second connection surface (5) which is in form of a cylinder positioned angularly on outer surface of one of the arms of the U-piece to which the first connection surface (3) is not connected.

An angular clip (1) according to claim 4, characterized by at least one second connection hole (6) which is made on the second connection surface (5) and which has the same angle as the second connection surface (5).

AN ANGULAR CLIP

DESCRIPTION

Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to an angular clip enabling the parts the holes of which have different central axes from each other or which have different tolerance intervals to be connected to each other.

Background of the Invention

Due to the production tolerance occurring during the production of the plastic parts, it is not possible to produce the part in the desired size. In process of connecting the produced plastic parts together, the connection points of the parts should be connected in the determined tolerance values. In connection of plastic parts, the parts may not be connected due to the axis shift of the connection points, angular changes, and contraction. In the state of the art, the connection clips used in connection process of the bumper produced from plastic material to the vehicle chassis cannot be completely placed due to the production errors generally occurring in the connection points of the bumper.

The mounting of the grid, provided on the front bumpers of the vehicles, is realized by connected to the upper support piece. The connection of the upper support piece and front bumper is realized via ultrasonic welding. The grid is connected to the bumper from nine points. Due to the tolerance errors occurring in the connection points during the production of the grid and the bumper, problems such as formal defects in grid and bumper connection or not being able to connect are experienced. In the United States Patent document no US20130094896, an application known in the state of the art, the friction welding connection piece provides sound placement to the surface on which it is positioned by means of its hexagonal structure.

In the United States Patent document no US5642960, an application known in the state of the art, it is enabled that the connection member is properly placed and tightened on the area where it is placed by means of the inclined opening thereon. The Problems Solved with the Invention

The objective of the present invention is to provide an angular clip enabling the parts the holes of which have different central axes from each other or which have different tolerance intervals to be connected to each other.

Another objective of the present invention is to provide an angular clip which enables to realize the connection in every tolerance value by comprising the angular change in the connection point in its body. Detailed Description of the Invention

An angular clip developed to fulfill the objective of the present invention is illustrated in the accompanying figures, in which: Figure 1 is the side view of the angular clip.

Figure 2 is the front view of the angular clip.

Figure 3 is the top view of the angular clip.

An angular clip, enabling the parts the holes of which have different central axes from each other or which have different tolerance intervals to be connected to each other, essentially comprises

- at least one U-piece which has a U form and wherein the parts to be connected are placed cheek to cheek inside the U part,

at least one first connection surface (3) which is located on one outer side surface of the U-piece (2),

at least one first connection hole (4) which is made angularly on the first connection surface (3), and the other end of which goes out of the U-piece (2), at least one second connection surface (5) which is located on another outer side surface of the U-piece (2),

at least one second connection hole (6) which is made angularly on the second connection surface (5), and the other end of which goes out of the U-piece (2), - at least one fixing protrusion (7) which is provided at end parts of the U-piece (2).

The inventive angular clip (1) comprises a U-piece (2) which has a U form and wherein the parts to be connected are placed cheek to cheek inside the U part. There is a first connection surface (3) which is connected on the outer surface of one of the arms of the U-piece (2). The first connection hole (4) is angularly made on the first connection surface (3). In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the first connection surface (3) is in form of a cylinder positioned angularly on the outer surface of one of the arms of the U-piece (2), and the angle of the first connection hole (4) made on the first connection surface (3) and the angle of the first connection surface (3) are the same.

The second connection surface (5) is provided on the outer surface of one of the arms of the U-piece to which the first connection surface (3) is not connected. The second connection hole (6) is angularly made on the second connection surface (5). In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the second connection surface (5) is in form of a cylinder positioned angularly on the outer surface of one of the arms of the U-piece (2), and the angle of the second connection hole (6) made on the second connection surface (5) and the angle of the second connection surface (5) are the same. By means of a fixing protrusion (7) provided at the end parts of the U-piece (2), it is enabled that the angular clip (1) is tightened at the point where it is connected, and it is fixed.

The first connection hole (4) made on the first connection surface (3) and the second connection hole (6) made on the second connection surface (5) have the same central axes. There are connection holes provided on the parts wanted to be connected and placed in the U-piece (2), first the connection member in form of a pin or a screw enters through the first connection hole (4), and passes through the holes of the parts having connection holes thereon, and goes out of the second connection hole (6). By means of the first connection hole (4) and the second connection hole (6) being angular, the connection is realized without problem even if there are tolerances at the connection points of the two part due to the production.

The inventive angular clip (1) enables the connection to be realized in every tolerance value by comprising the angular change in the connection point therein. For example, if the angle of the distance between the holes of the parts to be connected is 15 degrees, the angles of the first connection hole (4) and the second connection hole (6) located on the angular clip (1) is 15 degrees, and it is enabled that the connection surface appears proper and it is placed properly.

The mounting of the grid, provided on the front bumpers of the vehicles, is realized by connected to the upper support piece. The connection of the upper support piece and front bumper is realized via ultrasonic welding. The grid is connected to the bumper from nine points. Due to the tolerance errors occurring in the connection points during the production of the grid and the bumper, problems such as formal defects in grid and bumper connection or not being able to connect are experienced. By means of the angular clip (1), the problems such as not being able to perform the connection or performing with difficulty due to the tolerance differences observed during the connection of the grid and the bumper are avoided. By this means, an angular clip (1) enabling the parts the holes of which have different central axes from each other or which have different tolerance intervals to be connected to each other, is realized.
