Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of organic synthesis, in particular to an anilinoacetate and a synthesis method therefor. The synthesis method for an anilinoacetate comprises: S1, adding an anilinoacetate solution and anilinoacetonitrile to an alkali liquor, and subjecting same to an amidation reaction; S2, an alkaline hydrolysis reaction, involving: adding the alkaline liquor to the solution obtained after the amidation reaction, and subjecting same to the alkaline hydrolysis reaction to obtain an anilinoacetate. In the present invention, by adding the target product, namely an anilinoacetate solution, in the amidation reaction step, the reaction system is homogeneous, the miscibility and mass transfer efficiency of anilinoacetonitrile and an alkali liquor are improved, and the technical problems of poor contact and low reaction efficiency caused by the layering of the anilinoacetonitrile and the alkali liquor are avoided, such that the amidation reaction time is shortened, and the utilization rate and capacity of an apparatus are improved.
