Description:
AN ANIMAL FEED

Technical Field

The invention relates to an animal feed which is generally prepared for chickens, which allows the cholesterol and folic acid values to be changed in the eggs obtained by feeding them to the chickens, and thus, the people who eat the eggs laid by these chickens can also be fed healthier.

In the animal feed content of the invention yellow corn, soy flour, wheat, sunflower meal, loma bark, oyster shell, vegetable oil, dicalcium phosphate, bone powder, wheat bran, salt, mineral premix, vitamin premix, DL methionine, synthetic folic acid, lysine hydrochloride, zinc. A formulation was obtained by using sulfate, niacin, L hydroxide in different proportions. When the final form of the mixture is used as feed, the folic acid value that a healthy body should possess in the egg formed from the chicken consuming the feed is provided, and the decrease in the cholesterol value is provided. Prior Art

Nutrition is one of the most important issues in any human society. The importance of nutrition is that food security is one of the main components of national security. According to the World Health Organization, nutrition is food intake according to the needs of the body, which plays an important role in human health.

Nutritional-related diseases include non-communicable diseases. In recent years, there have been rapid changes in the diet and lifestyle, with the industrialization of societies, increased urbanization, economic development and market globalization. The United Nations said that 25 percent of deaths from noncommunicable diseases in 2011 should be reduced by 2020. By the way, 46 percent of all deaths are dedicated to cardiovascular diseases. In fact, there is a close link between atherosclerosis and high blood serum oils. Serum oils include cholesterol and trans fatty acids. Over the past two decades, research efforts have focused on reducing the cholesterol content of eggs and chickens by focusing on genetic selection or by changing the diet of chickens with different nutrients, non-nutrients or medicines. Cholesterol intake in a healthy person reported by the World Health Organization should not exceed 300 mg per day.

Eggs often have high cholesterol due to their important role in maintaining fetal development. An egg contains about 250 mg of effective cholesterol. In a healthy individual, the LDL level in the blood is below 130 mg / dL, the total cholesterol is below 200 mg / dL, the triglyceride level is below 150 mg / dL and the HDL level is 40 mg / dL in women and 50 mg / dL in men. it should be over. Besides the amount of cholesterol, the amount of folic acid that needs to be taken into the body is also very important. Folic acid plays a role in important biological processes in the body such as blood making, new cell formation, DNA synthesis. It is known that folic acid reduces vascular stiffness and prevents many bad diseases such as heart attack, dementia and stroke. Especially during pregnancy, folic acid intake significantly reduces central nervous system anomalies in babies born. Increasing the amount of folic acid from the egg and decreasing the cholesterol level is very important for health.

In studies developed on the subject in the art, egg yolk cholesterol in egg processing plants can be reduced to zero by using chemical solvents such as hexane. However, such eggs affect the naturalness and quality of the product reaching the consumer.

With the developed invention, the folic acid and cholesterol values in the eggs obtained from the mixture-eating chickens will be on the packages in supermarkets and markets, and the consumers on the egg sales shelves will have more options in buying and consuming eggs. Low cholesterol levels in eggs will bring this benefit to the consumer community. Detailed Description of the Invention

An animal feed according to the invention is comprising;

30% to 60% by weight yellow corn, 20% to 30% by weight soy flour, 10% to 30% by weight wheat, 5% to 30% by weight sunflower meal, 1% to 8% by weight loma bark, by weight 1% to 8% oyster shell, 1 to 8% by weight vegetable oil, 1 to 2% by weight dicalcium phosphate, 1 to 3% by weight bone powder, 1 to 2% by weight wheat bran, 0.2 to 0.4% by weight salt, 0.15 to 0.35% by weight mineral mixture, 0.01 to 0.12% by weight lysine hydrochloride, 20 to 25% by weight of Zinc sulfate, 30-500 mg by weight of niacin, 1 to 3% by weight of lysine hydroxide, 0.1 to 0.4% by weight DL methionine, vitamin A in the range of 0.15 to 0.35% by weight in the range of 1.52 mg to 4.52 mg by weight, vitamin B 1 in the range of 0.23 mg to 0.69 mg by weight, vitamin B2 in the range of 1.1 mg to 1.9 mg by weight, niacin in the range of 10.23 mg to 15.86 mg by weight, pantothenic acid in the range of 2.32 mg to 4.43 mg by weight, vitamin B6 from 0.7 mg to 3 mg by weight, O.Olmg to 0.09mg by weight of biotin, 40mg to 90mg by weight of choline, vitamin B12 from 0.001 mg to 0.007 mg by weight, vitamin B9 from 0.11 mg to 0.29 mg by weight, vitamin E from 4.4 mg to 9.9 mg by weight, vitamin blend containing vitamin KB between 0.22 mg and 0.99 mg by weight and providing protection against microbial diseases by supporting growth, development and regeneration of tissues, Synthetic folic acid supporting 90% to 96% by weight of new cell formation and DNA synthesis, 1 mg to 20 mg copper by weight, 1 mg to 30 mg zinc by weight.

In the content of an animal feed according to the invention yellow corn, soy flour, wheat, sunflower meal, loma shell, oyster shell, vegetable oil, dicalcium phosphate, bone powder, wheat bran, salt, mineral premix, vitamin premix when a mixture of egg-formed chicken is used as a feed form by using DL methionine, synthetic folic acid, lysine hydrochloride, zinc sulfate, niacin, L hydroxide in different proportions, a healthy body should be taken in the egg formed from the chicken consuming the feed acid and cholesterol value can be provided.

In addition, by playing with the feed values, the purchase and consumption of eggs with the values written on the product can be provided. When an individual with cholesterol consumes high amounts of cholesterol-containing foods, it accumulates in the walls of the arteries over time. These deposits can break down and clot and thus disrupt the blood flow in various organs, especially the heart.

If a blood clot formed in this way obstructs the veins leading to the heart, it can cause a heart attack or stroke if it blocks an artery to the brain. By adjusting the amount of cholesterol to be taken into the body, it is possible to prevent the effects of heart diseases caused by this reason. In addition, the amount of folic acid that a healthy individual needs to take in him or her body should be more than the eggs consumed today. If the amount of folic acid is low, anemia occurs. In cases of folic acid deficiency, the person experiences symptoms such as weakness, fatigue, shortness of breath, and pallor of the skin and mucosa. It is possible to prevent anemia discomfort caused by folic acid deficiency.
