Abstract:
The present invention relates to a production method for an animal model for hypopituitarism, and to a validation method of same, wherein the production method can recreate symptoms of hypopituitarism and validate whether a hypopituitarism animal model having actual hypopituitarism symptoms has been established, and thus can be advantageously used to identify the effects of candidate compounds for treating hypopituitarism or hypopituitarism drugs.
