Abstract:
Provided is an animal scale that has a simple configuration and is capable of automatically weighing an animal. The animal scale comprises a rearing container (3) for a laboratory animal and a meter (2) provided with a weighing tray (23) supported by a mass sensor (21), wherein the weighing tray (23)is disposed in a rearing space (S) inside the rearing container (3) and the mass sensor (21) is disposed inside or outside the rearing space (S) so that body weight changes of the animal can be continuously recorded on the basis of a change in measured value as the animal in the container steps on the tray.
