Title:
ANISOTROPIC CONDUCTIVE FILM
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2010/058643
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
An anisotropic conductive film containing a radically polymerizable substance, a polymerization initiator which generates radicals when heated, a phenoxy resin having a molecular weight of not less than 30,000, and conductive particles.  The anisotropic conductive film has a DSC exothermic onset temperature of not more than 100˚C and a DSC peak temperature of not more than 120˚C as measured at a heating rate of 10˚C/min.  The anisotropic conductive film enables sufficient electrical connection between circuit boards at a low mounting temperature by heating in a short time, and is free from problems such as deterioration of connection properties over time in high-temperature high-humidity environments.
