Abstract:
Provided is an anisotropic sintered magnet analysis - method and manufacturing - method , with which a simulation of a production process of an anisotropic sintered magnet can be established , and rational and appropriate production conditions can be obtained. In the method for analyzing an anisotropic sintered magnet to be manufactured through a step for obtaining a molded body by molding a magnetic powder while orienting the magnetic field thereof and a sintering step for obtaining a sintered body by sintering the obtained molded body, analysis is performed in the sintering step in two stages: a non-stress stage in which stress is not applied, and a stress stage in which stress is applied.
