Abstract:
The present invention provides a split type annular magnetic body for noise control, the annular magnetic body having been difficult to be produced with an Fe-based nanocrystalline alloy, and achieves an excellent noise reduction effect. The present invention provides an annular magnetic body for noise control, the annular magnetic body comprising soft magnetic alloy thin strips staked upon each other in the radial direction, and being used by having a cable inserted therethrough. This annular magnetic body for noise control is composed of a plurality of split pieces that have been split into a non-annular shape, and is used in an annular shape by having the split surfaces of the split pieces in contact with each other; and the product (FL × Hc) of the degree of the flatness FL of the split surfaces and the coercivity Hc of the split pieces is 7.0 µm∙A/m or less. Meanwhile, the degree of the flatness FL is the sum of the maximum value and the minimum value of the profile curve as determined in accordance with JIS B 0601 (2001).
