Disclosed are an annular shape molding device and a method for using same. The annular shape molding device comprises a molding assembly (1) and a central bearing assembly (2). The molding assembly (1) comprises a plurality of pressing dies, with each of the pressing dies cooperating with one another to enclose a cavity. The central bearing assembly (2) comprises a central bearing pipe (220), a central rod (210), and a buffer sleeve (230). The central bearing pipe (220) comprises a contraction structure. The contraction structure comprises a plurality of contraction joints (223) formed in the lengthwise direction of the central bearing pipe (220) and distributed in a circumferential direction. The central rod (210) is detachably inserted into the central bearing pipe (220) and tensions the contraction structure. The buffer sleeve (230) is detachably hooped around the outer side of the contraction structure in a tightening manner. During die combination of the molding assembly (1), gaps between each of the pressing dies and the buffer sleeve (230) form an annular cavity used for molding a product; and during use, the plurality of pressing dies are gathered round the central bearing assembly (2) so that a piezoelectric ceramic piece can be pressed into an annular structure, the number of lapping defects is reduced to one, and the using effect of a piezoelectric ceramic ring is ensured. Moreover, one piezoelectric ceramic piece is pressed to form the piezoelectric ceramic ring, and dislocation does not easily occur, thereby facilitating the improvement of the quality of the piezoelectric ceramic ring.
