Abstract:
Disclosed in the present application are an anomalous-parcel processing method and apparatus, and an electronic device and a storage medium. The method comprises: acquiring a task to be processed of each of a plurality of preset anomaly processing nodes; according to the number of said tasks of each anomaly processing node, determining, as a target processing node, the anomaly processing node with the shortest queuing time among the plurality of anomaly processing nodes; acquiring parcel information of a target parcel to be processed; and sending the parcel information to the target processing node, and processing the target parcel by means of the target processing node. By means of the anomalous-parcel processing method provided in the embodiments of the present application, the node with the shortest queuing time is selected from among preset anomaly processing nodes, and the node is used to process an anomalous parcel, such that the processing efficiency of the anomalous parcel can be improved, thereby reducing the queuing time for processing the anomalous parcel; and it is not necessary to execute a manual operation on a material object of a parcel, thereby effectively reducing the labor cost.
