Abstract:
An anomaly sensing device for sensing an anomaly in a ball screw provided in an injection molding machine. The anomaly sensing device is provided with: a current sensor for detecting an AC current of a motor providing the ball screw with a driving force; and a computation unit which senses an anomaly in the ball screw on the basis of information pertaining to a frequency component distribution obtained by performing frequency analysis on the AC current detected by the current sensor, and information pertaining to a frequency component distribution obtained by performing frequency analysis on an AC current detected when a normal ball screw is operated.
