Abstract:
Provided are an antenna apparatus and an electronic device. A primary screen antenna and a secondary screen antenna are respectively designed in a primary screen portion and a secondary screen portion of the electronic device, wherein the primary screen antenna and the secondary screen antenna may be antennas of the same frequency band; and when a folding screen is in a folded state, the positions of the primary and secondary screen antennas overlap with each other. The primary screen antenna and the secondary screen antenna can excite two antenna modes having a high degree of isolation. In this way, even if the primary screen antenna and the secondary screen antenna have the same frequency and overlap with each other, a good degree of isolation can be obtained, and radiation patterns are complementary to each other, which is especially beneficial for the design of an MIMO antenna of an electronic device having a folding screen. Moreover, there is no need to isolate, at physical positions, a plurality of antennas of the same frequency band, for example, two or more co-frequency antennas having a high degree of isolation can also be obtained without the design of being staggered at physical positions, such that the antenna design space of the electronic device having a folding screen is fully utilized.
