Abstract:
Provided is, for example, an antenna of which the resonance frequency is adapted for multiple bands or a wide band while maintaining the merits of a split-ring resonator (small-size and low manufacturing cost). The antenna, for example, is provided with a split-ring conductor portion and an intra-ring conductor portion. The split-ring conductor portion is present outside a certain region and in a part other than a split of a part along the outline of the region. The intra-ring conductor portion is present inside the region, is continuous with one of parts of the split-ring conductor portion that sandwich the split, and is at least partly bent along the split-ring conductor portion.
