Abstract:
In order to provide a thin-film pattern of conductor having an increased line width in a limited region, an antenna device has a groove-shaped structure (groove 3, 3a, or 3b) or a rib-shaped structure (rib 13 or 33) along a loop structure of the thin-film pattern of conductor (antenna pattern 11, 11a, or 11b). The thin film pattern of conductor is formed on an inner surface or an outer surface of the structure. In a cross section perpendicular to the base, the thin film pattern of conductor includes a broken-line shape or a curved-line shape along a broken-line shape or a curved-line shape.
