Abstract:
In an antenna device (1), both ends of a power feed (3) and both ends of a reflector (5) are connected via a pair of diodes (10, 11). If the diodes (10, 11) are switched on, a loop antenna is formed through the power feed (3), the diode (10), the reflector (5), a capacitor (25) and the diode (11), and the antenna device (1) operates as a loop antenna. If the diodes (10, 11) are off, the antenna device (1) operates as a Yagi-Uda antenna comprising the power feed (3), the reflector (5) and a wave director (7).
