Abstract:
An antenna module (100) includes: a dielectric substrate (130); a power feed element (121) disposed in the dielectric substrate (130); and a power feed wire (140) through which a high-frequency signal supplied from an RFIC (110) is transmitted to the power feed element (121). The power feed wire (140) includes a via (141) and a via (142) that are connected in series. The diameter of the via (142) is smaller than the diameter of the via (141). The antenna module (100) includes a flat electrode (151) that is coupled to at least one of the via (141) and the via (142).
