Abstract:
Provided in the present application are an antenna module, a manufacturing method therefor, and an electronic device. The antenna module comprises: an integrated circuit, for generating radio frequency signals; a first insulative medium substrate, comprising a first section, which is provided with a first groove, and a second section, the integrated circuit being disposed within the first groove; a flexible substrate having a conductive structure, wherein a portion stacked on the first insulative medium substrate and located between the first section and the second section can be bent; and an antenna structure, comprising a first metal structure, which is disposed on the first section and is connected to the conductive structure and the integrated circuit, and a second metal structure, which is disposed on the second section and is connected to the conductive structure. The antenna module, the manufacturing method therefor, and the electronic device according to the present application do not require plastic packaging, thus preventing the occurrence of warping as a result of the thermal expansion coefficients of a plastic packaging material and a substrate being different, and lowering the risk of product failure; moreover, signal coverage can be achieved in more directions, the shape of an antenna structure is not limited, and an antenna structure having high gain can be produced.
