Abstract:
A PBA according to an embodiment comprises: a first printed circuit board (PCB); a second PCB which is disposed in parallel to the first PCB and includes a conductive region; a first interposer which surrounds the space between the first PCB and the second PCB; and a wireless communication circuit. The first interposer includes: a first partition wall structure which provides shielding for at least one electronic component arranged in the PBA; and a second partition wall structure which is connected to the first partition wall structure and includes a dielectric material. The second partition wall structure may include a conductive via that connects the first PCB and the second PCB. The wireless communication circuit may feed power to the conductive region of the second PCB through the conductive via and thereby transmit and/or receive a signal of a designated frequency band.
