Abstract:
According to an embodiment of the present invention, an antenna structure may be provided. The antenna structure is arranged on the side circumference of a discharge tube that provides a space where plasma is generated, and comprises n unit antennas, wherein each of the n unit antennas includes a first arc portion having a first radius of curvature, a second arc portion having a second radius of curvature, and an arc connection portion that connects the first arc portion and the second arc portion to each other, and arc connection portions of an m-th unit antenna and a (m+1)-th unit antenna, which are adjacent to each other, are arranged so that an angle thereof formed with respect to the center of the discharge tube is 360/n degrees.
