The present invention provides an antenna unit, an antenna system and an electronic device, wherein the antenna unit comprises: a helical antenna with a three-dimensional structure, wherein the helical antenna is provided in the edge area of a support plate; the helical antenna comprises at least one turn helical coil, each turn of helical coil comprises a plurality of helical segments that are not in the same plane, and the plurality of helical segments are respectively provided in the plurality of layers of the carrier board. The antenna system comprises: a carrier board, a first antenna array and a second antenna array; wherein the first antenna array is arranged in the middle area of the carrier board, and comprises a plurality of patch units; the second antenna array comprises at least one antenna unit of embodiment of the present invention, and the helical antenna of the antenna unit is arranged in the edge area of the support board. The electronic device comprises the antenna system of the embodiment of the present invention. The antenna unit of the embodiment of the present invention can reduce the volume and area of the edge antenna, and can also implement broadband impedance matching of the edge antenna.
