Abstract:

In a variable power distributor comprising a first 90° phase synthesizer (30), a second 90° phase synthesizer (40), and a phase/amplitude regulation block (50), the phase/amplitude regulation block (50) comprises variable phase units (51, 52) for regulating the phase amount of polarization signals of two systems and variable attenuators (55, 56) for regulating the amplitude (attenuation amount) thereof, and an antenna controller (60) can regulate the phase amount and the amplitude of the polarization signals of two systems. In the signal lines of two systems between a polarization separator (20) and the first 90° phase synthesizer (30), a phase unit (53) and an attenuator (57) for equalizing the amplitude and phase of the polarization signals of both systems are provided. A signal can thereby be transmitted/received accurately to/from a satellite using a reflector antenna (10) and a small antenna unit suitable for mounting on an aircraft, or the like, can be provided inexpensively.
