Abstract:
The present invention provides a composition, comprising (a) a compound of formula I or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, hydrate or prodrug thereof, (b) lipoic acid or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, hydrate or prodrug thereof, and optionally (c) a pharmaceutically acceptable excipient, wherein R1 and R2 are each independently H or C1-C4 alkoxy.
