Abstract:
Disclosed are an anti-blocking system and anti-blocking method based on split ring round-robin heating for a rotary heat exchanger. A cold end face of a heat exchanger rotor is divided into N concentric rings by means of a circumferential partition plate, and N is greater than or equal to 2. N special-shaped cold medium pipes are arranged at a cold end of at least one cold medium compartment. One end of each special-shaped cold medium pipe is a fan-shaped opening, and the other end thereof is a rectangular opening. The fan-shaped openings are arranged in one-to-one correspondence to the concentric rings. Radial edges of two sides of each fan-shaped opening are connected to side edges of a cold-end fan-shaped plate in the corresponding concentric ring, and a plane where the fan-shaped opening is located is flush with a sealing surface of the cold-end fan-shaped plate. Each rectangular opening is provided with an automatic adjusting valve capable of adjusting the flow of a cold medium, and the flow of the cold medium in the special-shaped cold medium pipes is reduced by round robin, to increase wall temperature of heat storage elements in the corresponding concentric rings, so that condensed or crystallized substances adhering to the heat storage elements are gradually gasified, and are discharged from the heat exchanger rotor along with a heat medium. Therefore, the problem of blockage and corrosion of the rotary heat exchanger is effectively solved.
