Abstract:
An anti-blocking ultra-low-water-level amphibious pump, comprising an outer housing (1), a motor (2), a water compartment (3), a motor shell (4), a guide disk (5), a cover plate (6), a guide chamber (7), an impeller (8), a suction nozzle (9), and a base (10). The motor (2) and the water compartment (3) are disposed in the outer housing (1); the motor (2) is disposed in the motor shell (4); a half of the motor shell (4) is accommodated in the water compartment (3); the guide disk (5) is fixed on the cover plate (6) to form the guide chamber (7); the cover plate (6) is fixed on the motor shell (4); a shaft end of the motor (2) is provided with the impeller (8); the impeller (8) is accommodated in the guide chamber (7); the outer surface of the guide disk (5) is provided with a support; the support is provided with the suction nozzle (9); the base (10) covers the suction nozzle (9) and is fixed at the bottom of the outer housing (1). In this way, the amphibious pump functions as either a surface-based pump or a submersible pump, such that an amphibious capability is achieved, convenient, mobile, and flexible features are provided, and an application range of the pump is well expanded.
