Abstract:
Anti-bump key pin holes for trapping an anti-bump key pin are formed on both sides
of a pin hole in the inner cylinder of a pin cylinder. A combination of pins that
are the anti-bump key pin as an upper pin, a middle pin, and a lower pin is used in
the pin hole. At the moment when the inner cylinder is rotated by a bump key, the
anti-bump key pin falls into an anti-bump key pin hole and is trapped, and this
locks the inner cylinder. This state is called deadlock. In this state, the
rotation of the inner cylinder is completely locked, the inner cylinder cannot
be returned and is completely fixed, and the inserted bump key cannot be extracted.
The anti-bump key cylinder can have effect also against conventional illicit
unlocking and picking by a pick gun.
