An anti-CA24-2 antibody, a reagent and a kit for detecting CA24-2 relate to the technical field of antibodies. The present anti-CA24-2 antibody or functional fragment thereof has a heavy chain complementarity determining region and a light chain complementary determining region. The antibody has better binding specificity and binding activity to CA24-2, and has better sensitivity and specificity for detecting CA24-2. A wider selection of antibodies is provided for detecting CA24-2 and diagnosing related tumors.
