Abstract:
An anti-CLD18A2 single-domain antibody. A complementarity determining region of the anti-CLD18A2 single-domain antibody comprises CDR-H1 represented by one of the amino acid sequences, for example, SEQ ID Nos. 4-11, CDR-H2 represented by one of the amino acid sequences, for example, SEQ ID Nos. 19-26, and CDR-H3 represented by one of the amino acid sequences, for example, SEQ ID Nos. 33-39. The anti-CLD18A2 single-domain antibody has good affinity to Claudin18.2, and can be used for further constructing a bispecific antibody, an antibody-drug conjugate, a chimeric antigen receptor (CAR), etc., and the constructed bispecific antibody, antibody-drug conjugate, and CAR-T cells, etc., have good targeting and a good kill effect for targeted cells.
