Abstract:
An anti-collision mechanism, a biological PCR detection system, and an anti-collision control method, relating to the technical field of mechanical equipment for biological detection. The anti-collision mechanism is disposed on a bearing platform (101) and is located on at least one side of a test tube rack assembly (100); the anti-collision mechanism comprises an anti-collision assembly and a signal feedback module; the capillaries in the test tube rack assembly extend along a first direction (103) to form first extension portions (104), the anti-collision assembly extends along the first direction (103) to form second extension portions (105), and the second extension portions (105) protrude out of the first extension portions (104) in the first direction (103); when the second extension portions (105) move vertically downward toward temperature tanks (106) and come into contact with the tops of the temperature tanks (106), the signal feedback module sends a contact signal to a control unit, and the control unit can control, according to the contact signal, the bearing platform (101) to stop moving, that is, vertical downward movement of the capillaries can be stopped. Since the second extension portions (105) are below the first extension portions (104), the capillaries can be prevented from colliding with the housings of the temperature tanks (106).
