Abstract:
An anti-cracking suction device for a Czochralski single crystal, comprising an outer cylinder, an inner cylinder arranged in the outer cylinder, a suction pipe, and a first gap. The upper part of the suction pipe extends into the inner cylinder from the bottom of the outer cylinder, and the lower part of the suction pipe is arranged outside the outer cylinder. The first gap is formed between the bottom of the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder, and is configured to reduce heating expansion of the bottom of the inner cylinder when a silicon liquid is suctioned into the inner cylinder by the suction pipe and gathered at the bottom of the inner cylinder so as to reduce the stress at the connecting position of the suction pipe and the inner cylinder.
