Abstract:
The present application relates to the field of disc-type motors, and in particular, relates to an anti-disengaging rotor disc of a disc-type motor, said rotor disc comprising a holder, a fixed ring, and a plurality of permanent magnets. The holder comprises a frame body and a plurality of support rods, the support rods extending outwards to the circumferential edge of the frame body, and a permanent magnet fixed being fixed between every two adjacent support rods. The fixed ring comprises an inner ring and an outer ring that are made of different materials, the inner ring being an auxiliary ring, the outer ring being a force-bearing ring. The inner ring is fixedly sleeved on the outer circumference of a permanent magnet, and enables the permanent magnet to be fixed between the inner ring and the frame body. The outer ring is sleeved on the exterior of the inner ring. The rotor disc further comprises a connection assembly, the inner ring and the support rods being connected by means of the connection assembly. The present application has the advantages that the fixed ring does not easily fall off due to vibration, magnetic steel is firmly mounted, and the overall structural strength is high.
