Abstract:
Disclosed are an anti-electric-shock monitoring and protection method and apparatus for a low-voltage user end, wherein same can monitor a power supply line that passes through an isolation transformer (1) and can protect a human body when the human body encounters an electric shock. Voltages to the ground and electric shock currents of two power supply wires (A, B) are measured by means of voltage and current sensors (2-5), the position of an electric shock is located, the wires constituting an electric shock loop are identified, and the type of the electric shock is determined, thus, a microprocessor (6) outputs a corresponding control signal, and electronic switches (S1, S2) act in a timely manner, such that the wires (A, B) where the electric shock occurs are short-circuited to the ground. By means of the method and apparatus, protection against a single-wire electric shock can be realized, and the threat of a double-wire electric shock can also be solved; and the duration of a whole action is less than 10ms, such that the threat of an electric shock is solved when a human body encounters an electric shock but before any harm has been done to the human body, thereby protecting a person's safety. In addition, compared with other apparatuses protecting against an electric shock, in the method and apparatus, a power source does not need to be cut off upon a single-wire electric shock, such that supplying of power can still be continued while the safety of a human body is protected, thereby ensuring the continuity of power supply.
